Description

In this study we will read through the Gospel of Matthew using a manuscript style study, learning how to follow the story and discover Matthew’s message for us. Participants will use highlighters to mark common themes, key words, and phrases to help them discover the author’s intent, discussing the meaning and application with the group. Each week we’ll cover a few chapters, focusing on getting the big picture. By the end of the study you’ll have a good understanding of Matthew’s overall message and the good news of how Christ came to welcome all who believe into his kingdom. This men’s group starts with dinner, moves into the in-depth Bible study, and ends with prayer for one another.
