Description

In this study, we are going on a 40-day adventure to serve like Jesus. We were made for more than just believing and existing until you die. You were made to serve, just like Jesus. For the first 6-weeks together we will look at 5 aspects of serving like Jesus: attitude, availability, action, ability, and ambition. For these 40 days, we will be on a life changing journey to SERVE like Him. Daily devotionals, serving challenges, and reflective questions will be a part of each week.

During our group, we will spend time connecting with one another, sharing the discoveries from our devotions, watch a video by the study author, dig into our bible and learn from one another in our discussions. We will also decide on a group service project for us to do together.

The final few weeks of our group we will plan some group socials for us to have fun and get to know each other better.

Each participant will need a Serving Challenge book. Books can be picked up in the lobby at Summit on the weekends during services or throughout the week, Mon-Thurs, from 9-4pm. There is a $15 donation for each book to help cover the costs.

Bonnie enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, playing board games, volunteering, and playing with her 2 small dogs in addition to keeping busy with her 2 young grandchildren.
