Description

In this study, we are going on a 40-day adventure to serve like Jesus. We were made for more than just believing and existing until you die. You were made to serve, just like Jesus. For the first 6-weeks together we will look at 5 aspects of serving like Jesus: attitude, availability, action, ability, and ambition. For these 40 days, we will be on a life changing journey to SERVE like Him. Daily devotionals, serving challenges, and reflective questions will be a part of each week.

During our group, we will spend time connecting with one another, sharing the discoveries from our devotions, watch a video by the study author, dig into our bible and learn from one another in our discussions. We will also decide on a group service project for us to do together.

The final few weeks of our group we will jump into another study together, Revelation by Shane Wood.

Each participant will need a Serving Challenge book. Books can be picked up in the lobby at Summit on the weekends during services or throughout the week, Mon-Thurs, from 9-4pm. There is a $15 donation for each book to help cover the costs.

This group will meet for 10 weeks.

Location: This group will meet at Summit Community Church and travel 30 minutes to a near area outdoors to hold the study camp fire style.
