It’s hard to believe, but our first Christmas service begins one week from today!
I’m excited to celebrate our Savior’s birth with our church and community. I hope you can join us and invite others you know for these special nights of worship.
Our teams have done a great job getting prepared; it will a beautiful service with Christmas carols, lights and communion. Families will worship together with childcare available for infants to 3-year olds.
I pray that many people will experience the joy and wonder that only Jesus can bring! The excitement of the shepherds that first Christmas night was fun to see:
“When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.” (Luke 2:17-18)
In the same way, we have the opportunity to bring hope to our friends, family and neighbors this special season. Keep your eyes open and allow the Holy Spirit to use you as an encouraging presence to others this time of year.
God’s blessings to you and your loved ones in the last couple weeks of the year. I look forward to celebrating Christmas with you and seeing the plans God has in store for our church 2017!
Yours in Christ,
