Visiting a church for the first time can be nerve-racking, so we aim to make your visit as simple and enjoyable as possible by letting you know exactly what’s involved. Whether you have never been to church before or you’re a Sunday regular, you’ll fit right in. At Summit Community Church, you will find a place to belong, a chance to make a difference and ways to grow.

At a weekend service you can expect:
• Each service to last an hour and fifteen minutes
• Thought provoking and relevant messages
• High energy, uplifting worship
• Fun, interactive teaching for kids
• Friendly people who will make you feel welcome

PARKING AND ENTRANCES TO BUILDING

We meet for worship at Verrado High School located at 20050 W. Indian School Road, Buckeye, AZ 85396. The best place to park is on the east side of the school. Blue welcome banners will guide you up the sidewalk toward the entrance. You will also find friendly greeters outside the main entrance to welcome you and help you find your way.  After you enter our campus, be sure to stop by the Welcome Center to introduce yourself. We would love to meet you, share some information about our church, and take you on a tour of our campus.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT

Summit Community Church is a cross section of people from our community, all on a journey together. We believe that the Christian life is not to be endured, but to be enjoyed. We are committed to providing a worship experience that is authentic, creative and fun. Summit Community Church has a “come as you are” atmosphere. Dress for the weekend services is casual.

CHILDREN AND STUDENTS

We believe your kids will love it here! Our children’s ministry program encourage kids of all ages, infants through fifth grade, to take their next steps with Jesus. Our goal is to partner with parents to help develop their child’s God-given potential where the Bible is taught in a fun and creative way. Upon arrival, check in at our Welcome Center. Our volunteers will help you register your child(ren) and give you a tour of our facility. All of our volunteers have been screened and background checked so you can rest assured that your child will be well cared for in a loving and safe environment.

Middle School and High School students have their very own worship experience during the 10:45am service. We are committed to raising up the next generation of leaders through our student ministry called APEX. APEX is centered on building godly relationships that challenge and encourage youth to discover the radical grace of God through worship and biblical discipleship.
