5/19/17 – Astronaut Jeff Williams

God’s blessings to you this Friday!

I’m looking forward to this weekend and am excited to share a message on Sunday about finishing strong. As we near the end of a school year, that important for a lot of students right now! That’s also true for us in many different seasons of life.

Paul once commented to his apprentice leader/pastor Timothy, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)

My message will focus on five key things that helped him finish well in his life and faith. I pray the Lord will use it to encourage you in your journey through life as well!

On Memorial Day weekend, we are pleased to have NASA astronaut Jeff Williams joining us on Sunday, May 28th.

Invite others you know and plan to join us that weekend. It’s a unique opportunity to hear from a committed believer who has a deep appreciation for science and how God created our world.

Perhaps you have friends who think that that science and the Christian faith are mutually exclusive… As Jeff Williams speaks that day, it could be we a way for them to see things in a new light. Pray that the Lord works through that weekend in a powerful way.

He will be preaching at both worship services that morning and then will do a family space talk immediately following the 10:45 service. APEX students (middle & high school) will join us in the auditorium that morning.

Yours in Christ,

Pastor Nate
