Tomorrow we will begin celebrating Christmas with our church and community! It’s going to be a beautiful worship experience as we sing some favorite Christmas carols, celebrate communion and share some fun moments together.
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
God made that promise through the prophet Isaiah 800 years before Jesus was born. This Christmas I’m excited share about the peace that Jesus still brings to people today!
So who are you bringing to church this Christmas?
Who are you sharing the joy, peace and hope of Jesus Christ with this time of year? Do you know that Christmas is one of the times people are most open to come to worship if they get a personal invitation?
Join us as we celebrate Christmas and bring someone with you. Invite family members, friends or neighbors who need some peace this season.
I’m praying for you and for them. May God richly bless you and your loved ones in the days come to come!
When they had seen [Jesus], they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. Luke 2:17-18
