Having grown up for a few years overseas, I value and appreciate the freedoms we enjoy here in America. Take a moment today to thank those you know who currently serve (or have served) in our military. To all of our Summit veterans… we are deeply thankful for your service!
Summit Fall Fest
Are you ready for some fun? Don’t miss an incredible Sunday at Summit this weekend (November 13)!
Reach out today to invite friends and neighbors to join you for worship and our special Fall Fest activities following each service. There will be bounce houses, a rock wall, games, a petting zoo, pony rides, cake walks and more!
Several food trucks will be on site with food for sale. It’s going to be a fun day–and a perfect time to welcome others to Summit.
Our special guest speaker during worship will be Micah Parker, an NCAA coach and athletic director who will share an entertaining and inspiring message about trust.
He’ll tell a powerful story you don’t want to miss and will speak on one of the most well-known Bible passages about trust in Proverbs 3:5-6.
As you invite friends and get ready for this weekend, here are a couple things to keep in mind:
Middle and high school youth will join us in the Auditorium or Worship Cafe because he is such a compelling speaker.
Our band will start worship music 10 minutes early at both services, so plan to arrive earlier than normal.
You’ll also want to get there early because we are praying and planning for a full house! Consider coming to the 10:45 service to help open up more seats for guests at 9:00 (usually the larger service).
Our mission at Summit is to “Reach the world for Jesus, one life at a time.” Days like this are a great opportunity to connect with people in our community, so pray for many to join us this weekend.
It’s a joy to be part of a church that loves Jesus and loves to have fun!
Yours in Christ,
