So how do you handle stress in your life?

People respond in many different ways–some that are healthy and some that are not. The good news is that God offers those who turn to him a way to exchange their stress for peace!

It’s why this Sunday I am excited to share a final message in our Habits of Happiness series called “The Secret to Finding Peace.”

We’ll explore four habits in Philippians chapter four that God uses to bring peace and joy into our lives.

It’s been a fun series, and I can’t wait to share what the Holy Spirit has been pouring into me this final week!

Philippians 4:4-13 shares some incredible promises, and I especially love this one:

Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything that we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.(Philippians 4:7)
