It was fun to get back into town from vacation and see the progress being made on the new campus!

For those who haven’t seen it recently, I want to share with you how much the construction continues to evolve.

The steel has been installed for all the ministry areas, and they are framing up the exterior and interior walls.

MaryLou Rogers from Summit and Haydon’s Site Superintendent.

We had a project meeting today and got to walk through the different spaces. You can really begin to see our new ministry facility taking shape!

As exciting as it is to see the walls go up, it’s even more incredible to think about the lives that will be changed in this place.

Psalm 127:1 says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.”

We can build an incredible campus, but what matters most is God’s favor and HIS hand on this process! When the Holy Spirit moves people to courageously follow Jesus, their lives (and those around them) will never be the same.

It’s why prayers from our groundbreaking ceremony are buried under the worship auditorium. It’s why people wrote Bible verses on the cross before it was set in place.

And it’s why I’m asking you to pray today for the Lord to:

  • Guide and protect Summit’s ministry
  • Lay a strong spiritual foundation for this campus
  • Use this facility to change the lives of countless people

Thanks for being a part of this journey. It will be fun to see all that God has planned in the days to come!

Yours in Christ,

Pastor Nate
